Zone specific targets.

In Marxan with zones users can set zone specific targets for features in addition to an overall target. This is useful when users want to separate conflicting features (e.g., conservation features and fishing features) into appropriate zones. For example, targets for fishing features can be set for a multi-use zone to ensure a certain proportion of fishing sites is maintained for fishing activities. Zone targets are a proportion of the entire feature distribution, and their sum, if they are split across more than one zone, cannot be higher than the overall target. In this sense zone targets are related to the overall targets.
